Board Governance & Architectural Stewardship

Board of Directors

Ian France

Founder · Board Director

Ian France is the Clarity Architect behind Clarity Protocol™ and the originator of the Applied Human Transition™ framework. As Founder and Board Director of the YouMattYr Foundation, he leads the architectural design, strategic governance, and long-term evolution of a structured clarity operating system built for high-capacity individuals and organizations.

Applied Human Transition™ is Ian’s formalized model for navigating identity recalibration without collapse, labels, or confessional culture. It establishes disciplined transition pathways that stabilize cognitive integrity, restore decision reliability, and install forward identity architecture. The Clarity Protocol™ operationalizes this model across three defined gateways: Personal Interference, Leadership & Organizational Burnout, and Self-Optimization.

Ian’s leadership philosophy rejects performative vulnerability and motivational dependency. Instead, he designs standards-based systems that strengthen internal coherence under pressure. His work focuses on operational clarity, language discipline, boundary integrity, and structured identity evolution.

As Board Director, Ian safeguards architectural fidelity, governs ecosystem expansion, and aligns partnerships with long-term institutional strategy. His mandate is clear: protect the integrity of the system while scaling its impact responsibly across individual, executive, and organizational domains.

Edyta France, n.d.

Educational Strategist · Board Director

Edyta France serves as Board Director responsible for educational architecture, curriculum standards, and Applied Human Transition™ integration across the YouMattYr ecosystem. She ensures that Clarity Protocol™ is delivered with structural precision, pedagogical integrity, and disciplined consistency.

Edyta plays a central role in translating the Applied Human Transition™ framework into structured participant pathways. Her leadership ensures that identity recalibration is not abstract but methodical — guided by language standards, behavioral alignment, and clearly defined progression markers.

With a systems-oriented approach to learning design, she oversees curriculum coherence, quality assurance, and facilitator readiness. Her work reinforces the non-clinical boundary of Clarity Protocol™ while strengthening its professional credibility and scalability.

As a Board Director, Edyta co-leads strategic planning, governance policy, and long-term standards development. She ensures that growth does not dilute rigor and that expansion maintains fidelity to the architectural core.
