Licensing Requirements
- completion of Clarity Protocol™️
- completion of facilitator certification
- adherence to language and ethical standards
- agreement to routing and referral rules

Important Boundaries
Licensed facilitators may not:
- provide therapy or treatment
- diagnose or manage withdrawal
- modify protocol language
- introduce personal frameworks
- operate outside standards
